Fire Rated Rolling Shutters
The Insulated Fire Shutter is the first insulated fire shutter in the region that has achieved 240 minutes of fire resistance and 240 minutes of insulation. The Insulated Fire Shutter is a single-layer shutter curtain made of steel face sheets on both sides of the curtain and incorporated and sealed with fire rated heat insulation boards in between.

Vertical shutter is available in Single skin or double walled insulated design.
Single skin: roll formed using 1st grade zinc-coated steel with SKB-A7 curve slat curtain;
Double Wall Acoustic and Temperature Insulation: SKB-F7D roll formed zinc-coated steel slats fitted with 80kg/m2 rockwool.
Escalator-purpose design uses high quality phosphate galvanised steel with reinforced interlocking groove.

- Standard or delay-timer type of closure. Delay timer refers to shutters begin closing after a pre-set time when fire signal is received.
